Here we go for Wednesday!

Hi all,

Well I already have my lunch made, and I pretty much have my day planned except for dinner which is still up in the air.

Breakfast:  Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries - I have to eat this VERY slow because the blueberries tend to not chew up small!

Lunch:  Tuna with a small amount of miracle whip light on a sandwich round and a nectarine

Dinner:  Could be pizza, could be something else.  All depends on if we are having my in laws up for dinner or not.

Snacks:  I still have my apple from yesterday, and discovered that I have peanut butter in the fridge at work, so that might just do it for me today.  If not, I have greek yogurt, cottage cheese and baby bell cheese in the fridge also. 

IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH HELL.....KEEP GOING!!

good morning..

i stuck to my plan 100% yesterday YAHOO!!!

today i started out the morning by taking a boot camp class at the works... OMG i can not beleve how much sweat can come out of my body! 

so todays plan

iced coffee with 4 tbs sugar free coffee-mate
breakfast- eas carb advantage shake
lunch-pouch of tuna with 6 wheat thins and light mayo
snack 1- brown cow Greek yougert
snack 2- pure protein bar
dinner- think i am going to stop and get a small wendys chilli on the way home from work

Stuck to the plan pretty well yesterday. Didn't end up having my grapes but thats OK. Even went to the gym!! FINALLY. I cant belive how much better I feel after doing so.

So, the plan for today

Breakfast: Cottage Cheese with grapes & walnuts
Lunch: Not sure. My department at work is going out for lunch. I have been scoping out the menu and yet still have NO idea what Ill end up eating. Ill let you know ;)
Snack: Grapes left over from yesterday if needed
Dinner: Pork Chop and a veggie of some sort.

I plan on either hitting up the gym after work or having a family day at the pool. Depends on how the kido does today; its been a rough week!!!

And Dave, glad to hear you survived Boot Camp!!!
