Breakfast Coffee with Chocolate Protein Powder
snack Greek Yogurt w/ NSA Fruit spread
lunch Wendy's chili
snack 2 oz watermelon (my one treat for me)
dinner grilled chicken w/ steamed veg
Yesterday was a treat we had Dim Sum steamed dumplings from Dynasty.
I can eat 2 lol. Hubby knew I didn't want to cook last night.
