July Exercise Challenge Week 3 (or4)
Hi everyone. So how did we all do? I did not get in anywhere near enough this week as I wanted to. I went to the gym once, yes once!!! I did do some walking at the show this weekend, but not nearly enough. I did go up and down stairs 100 times yesterday cleaning and doing laundry though! So my total for this week is 185 for a total of 885. I have this week to break my goal, and I am going to try my hardest.

Don't feel too bad, I only made it to the gym once this week too!! I feel awful about it so I KNOW I need to get back. If I go at the beginning of the week I'm golden, but once I stop its hard for me to get back into it. Of course I have had a crappy 2 weeks gym wise so I'm in for a battle.
Other than that I did alright. Tried to get activity in without the gym. This week I went swimming with the family, played some softball and had a nice long bike ride. Yesterday I even used mowing the lawn as an excuse to not go to the gym, but at least I did something!
Overall this week I got in 305 min making my monthly total 1150.

my total for the week is 200.. bringing me to 955. i already have 90min today so i will make my goal but i am not happy and i think next months goal is going to have to go up!
i am tryng something new on wed. morning i am going to try a boot camp class and see if i can get into doing classes in the morning to keep me intrested in the gym again..

I got in 340 minutes last week. This week - and it's Wednesday already, I haven't been able to do anything! Hopefully, I'll be able to do something on Friday - that's the first chance I'll have to get to the gym. I'm on vacation. One would think that I could do something everyday, but it's been so hectic here. Aaaaargh!

I did pretty well this week, I had 900 min. I am pushing myself as I have registered to do a really challenging run om Aug 22nd. It's Run for the Fallen (www.runforthefallenmaine.org). I come from a long military family history and it's my way of honoring our soldiers. I plan to try to run/walk as much as I possibly can - it's from Ogonquit to Portland, ME. We'll see how it goes.
