a plan for thursday
yesterday i did OK on my plan with the exception i was very hungry after work and knew i was not going to be home till 8:30 or so ... so i decided to have a buffalo chicken flat bread from subway(i love these things) i left off the cheese and just had lett. tomato and onion with a little bit of ranch ... i think this was a good choice
well for today's plan..
iced coffee with 4 tbs of sugar free coffee-mate
breakfast- EAS carb advantage shake
lunch - tuna with 6 wheat thins and lite mayo
snack- brown cow Greek yogurt
snack 2 (if Needed) pure protein bar
dinner- this is going to be the hard one.. i am going to be on the road to a weekend long car show and i am not sure what the plans are for dinner tonight. but i will make the best choice that i can!
i managed to walk at lunch yesterday and the weather looks of for walking again today so a little exercises will help if i eat a few extra calories at the show this w/e(not planning on it though)

so todays plan is:
Breakfast: egg/egg substitute scramble with low fat cheese and 2 wasa crackers
Lunch: 1 cup chili with low fat cheese
Dinner: 4oz pork chop with veg of some sort
Dessert: No sugar added fudgesicle
Exersice didnt go as planned again. Once again, no gym. Was supposed to do a family bikeride but the kido was acting up so I went on a loan ride... 10 miles later I made it home. Felt great but the legs are NOT pleased with me today!
So I did really well yesterday, except for dinner, which I did not eat, because it was so late, and I really did not feel like eating at that point. I was down a whole pound, so that is 3.8 for the week. Probably would not have lost that much if I had eaten dinner, but who knows.
So plan for today:
Coffee with sugar free french vanilla
Vanilla shake, smart balance milk and orange crystal light
Lunch: I have about 1/8 cup pasta and meat sauce (1/4 cup with parmesan cheese)
Dinner: That piece of salmon is calling me finally! and probably a salad
Snacks I have baby bell cheese and a nectarine.
So I am at the car show with Dave this weekend, so I am sure we will keep each other on track. It will be tough though because we are eating every meal out, but it will be good that we can share!
