Plastic Surgeons - Seacoast Area

Hi All,

Any suggestions for plastic surgeons in the Seacoast Area?  I am looking to have a tummy tuck.   What was your experience like & how, if at all, did they work with your insurance?

Our group has had a couple of plastic surgeons come in a speak at a general group meeting.  For the life of me, I cannot remember their names though.  I do know that both require that you be at least 6 months at a stable weight and not losing anymore.  Insurance may cover some of the cost, but you need to have a medical reason documented by your doctor (rash, sores..stuff like that).

At the Portsmouth support group meeting mentioned above, Dr. Sepic ( http://ow.ly/2c4cb ) was the last plastic surgeon to present. Thanks Martha!  Thanks Grant!  I've got a little ways to go but figured it wouldn't hurt to start the process.

Not sure if BOston is too far for you to go...I had a TT my arms and breasts done at Mass General. They have a residency clinic for PS that is really inexpensive. My ins. co. paid for the TT, I had no issues health wise but because they covered my RNY then paid for the TT. I'm sure the headless pics the PS sent to them really was what swayed them to pay...lol
I had an over night stay and ALL of the surgery costs covered and it was only going to be about 3,000.00 or so. My arms and breasts (lift w/implants I went from a DD cup to a A cup)
also an over night stay and all costs for surgery and out of pocket I paid 5300.00 way less than the 12 to 15,000.00 I was quoted from a local PS.  If you want more info pm me and I would be happy to give you the info...Good Luck with your journey...Laurie
