Tuesday's Plan
Well, yesterday went super!!! I ate very well, suffered through a huge craving, and even lost .6 pounds!!!! So here we go....day 2
Breakfast: Vanilla shake with smart balance fat free milk and crystal light orange drink mix.
Lunch: 1 cup spaghetti sauce with about 2 tablespoons spaghetti and 1/8th cup fresh parmesan cheese.
Dinner: Steak, baked potato fries, salad with dressing.
I have snacks of sugar free chocolate mousse, California mixture, which is a mix of almonds, pistachios, cranberries and raisins (2 ounces), and cheese sticks if necessary. I will probably not need a snack this morning, but I will have one or two this afternoon, as I won't be home until about 8:00 for dinner.
My goal this week is to lose between .2 and .5 pounds a day. So far, so good!

bamma sounds like a good plan.. have you added up calories and pro.?

breakafast: EAS carb advantage shake (110 calories 17g )
lunch: pouch of tuna with ff merical whip and 6 wheat thins (145 cal and 20 g.)
snack: greek yougert (140 cal 20g)
snack 2( having a late dinner)pure protein bar (200 cal 20 g.)
dinner baked halibut and 1/2 baked potaoe ( not sure)
so my totals should be under 1000 cal and around 100g for the day

Quick question for breakfast you put a vanilla protein shake, milk and "ORANGE CRYSTAL LIGHT DRINK MIX" how exactly do you prepare this? Is the orange drink mix prepared already or do you add the crystal light powder mix to the protein powder? It sounds like a creamsicle? Please share?
