June Exercise Challeng Week 3

Hi everyone.  So sorry posting so late.  I just can't get on as much - I actually have to really work at my new job!!! 

For me, being able to go to camp on the weekends has really helped me.  I take the dogs for a hour walk every morning, and then whether it is working around our site, or taking more walks, I am really getting my minutes in.  Between that and going to the gym, I did 300 minutes last week for a total of 780.  I need to work hard this week to make my goal!

I got in 335 minutes last week.  It was a good week for exercise, and I was highly motivated.  This week -- a whole different story.  I'm having a hard time getting in the groove.  I've brought my workout clothes to work everyday, but I haven't put them on.  I'm going to MAKE myself walk to the gym at lunch!  There's s till hope that I can reach my goal, but I'll hae to really hunker down and just do it!

Last week wasnt too bad. I managed to find a way to get some activity in each day even if it was mowing the lawn (I hate mowing the lawn! ) but overall I got in 335 minutes. Now quite as good as last week but still good for me :)  My total is now at 905.

I had a really good week getting in my final training for my 5k last Sunday and getting to the gym.  I had 780 minutes.

Hi Everyone,

I know what you mean about not getting enough time to get on the computer. Work has been very busy for me. I got in 270 minutes last week. My total is 890. I took a week off from running - had to give it a rest but I was able to walk and I still went to the gym. I did the MSD 10k!! It was such an acomplishment. I would never have imagined running 100 feet never mind 6.2 miles.

Hi Everyone:

We have been working on getting our camper set for the summer so I haven't been going to the gym but I have been out there wallpapering, putting in carpet and cleaning so I think I have gotten in a few hours of moving.

I am going to have to get out at lunch this week and really get busy - I am not going to make my goal but at least I am making an effort to do something.  I do plan on going to the gym this week also - the last workout I did I felt muscles I hadn't felt for a while.  What a feeling!!
