May Exercise Challenge, week 4
Hi everyone. So the last week of May, and the official start of summer. I did pretty good last week, although I don't think I made my goal. I split wood at camp for an hour. Worked out once (ya bad) at the gym for 75 minutes, and took a long walk with hubby and dogs on Saturday. I felt really good about what I ate and drank this weekend. So my total was 255
So how did everyone else do??

i had a pretty good week .. i was very active while camping this w/e.. it is hard to track the min but i am gonna call it a week total of 300 (with the time i did at the gym) bringing my total to 1525 WAHOO i hit my goal for the first time since surgery at the end of Jan.
Hope every one else did well!
Okay, so I'm going to count all the gardening I did as well as the exercise. I gardened pretty much round the clock this past weekend, including turning over the gardens, transplanting large plants, weeding, planting, etc. So for last week through 5/31, I got in 1200 minutes for a total 2180 minutes for May! I feel like I've got my eating well under control now too. Lost a pound last week. I'll take it!

I managed to have a crappy week with all sorts of scheduling issues. Cant wait till everyone is done with baseball.softball so I can have my time!
ANyways, I only got 165 this week . Pretty bad seeing I had a day of 180 min last week, but it is what it is. So my month total comes to 1100 so at least I made my goal!
