May Exercise Challenge, week 4

Hi everyone.  So the last week of May, and the official start of summer.  I did pretty good last week, although I don't think I made my goal.  I split wood at camp for an hour.  Worked out once (ya bad) at the gym for 75 minutes, and took a long walk with hubby and dogs on Saturday.  I felt really good about what I ate and drank this weekend.  So my total was 255

So how did everyone else do??

i had a pretty good week .. i was very active while camping this w/e.. it is hard to track the min but i am gonna call it a week total of 300 (with the time i did at the gym) bringing my total to 1525 WAHOO i hit my goal for the first time since surgery at the end of Jan. 
Hope every one else did well!

There is no need to look back unless you plan on going that way!

Okay, so I'm going to count all the gardening I did as well as the exercise.  I gardened pretty much round the clock this past weekend, including turning over the gardens, transplanting large plants, weeding, planting, etc.  So for last week through 5/31, I got in 1200 minutes for a total 2180 minutes for May!  I feel like I've got my eating well under control now too.  Lost a pound last week.  I'll take it!

That is so awesome Kathy. I know what you mean I gardened all weekend the weekend before Memorial day, and I was exhausted by Sunday night.  It was a great workout though.  Good job with eating.  I am still struggling a bit.  Think I will start the plan again!

I managed to have a crappy week with all sorts of scheduling issues. Cant wait till everyone is done with baseball.softball so I can have my time!
ANyways, I only got 165 this week . Pretty bad seeing I had a day of 180 min last week, but it is what it is. So my month total comes to 1100 so at least I made my goal!

I got in 290 minutes last week including running the Red Hook 5k on Sunday. It was so hot!!
On June 12 I'm running the Market square 10k. that will be my longest race to date.
I hit 1240 minutes for the month.

Awesome!  Good luck with the 10k.  I wanted to run the Red Hook one, but it was full by the time I tried to register.  I am running the Margerita's 5k on Father's Day in Dover.  It feels so great to be able to run again!  Best of luck & congrats!

I was able to get in a lot of exercise this week.  Cleared brush at our camp, swam all afternoon, and am getting a lot more endurance during my running/walking during the week.  I had 680 this week.
