I could cry!

This morning I stepped on the scale and there it was.....My goal weight 144lbs!! 11 mos out, down -135lbs!! I could just cry (happy tears)! I have so many of you to thank for your support along my journey (LISA, MARTHA, Kathy, Rosemary, just to name a few...) THANK YOU THANK YOU for your unconditional support/sharing/advice. You truly have made a difference!
