Wow, what a week. It was so beautiful out. The weather was just about perfect. So how did everyone do? Don't forget to add last Thursday and Friday to your total. I had a total of 375 minutes!!! Wohoo for me. Wohoo for you too!

I got in 400 minutes for the first week. I have my first race of the season on Saturday :) I also signed up for the Seacost Road Race Series. I want a jacket!! That's my goal this year.

i had a good week i walked at lunch a few days.. a few times to the gym and my big thing for the week is i went mountian biking with a friend and had a great time and i kept up pretty well for my first time off road! it is so exciting to go out and do the things that "normal" size people do!
so my total for the week was 310min..

I had a total of 700min. Not as well as I wanted to do, but wasn/t able to do 2 dog walks each day like I had planned. But My energy is amazing and I have finished 2 apartment turnovers in 1 1/2 weeks so I'm proud of myself for having the motivation to not rely on my staff as much for the physical stuff.
