Stuck

Hi All,

Just curious if there are any foods that get stuck for you guys? I have a had time with lettcus it always get stuck and then I feel like crap until I throw up any one else have this issue, I chew and chew and chew and I still cant seem to pass it any thoughts? Anyone else have this problem with certin foods?

Boy, you are actually pretty lucky that you only have a problem with lettuce.  I am unable to eat soft bread, bagels, rolls, rice, pork (unless it is really moist) and most pastas.  I don't have a problem with lettuce, but I really don't eat much of it anymore. 

That is tooo funny, I also can not eat any bread or bread like stuff, no rice, no pasta, no wraps, it is very strange that I can take down a bag of chips but can not have a salad, any lefy type veggies just kill me.....very odd, but I have no trouble with meats, other people are always telling me that they can not eat hamburger or certin cuts of steak, very strange........Do you find with the band some days are better than others as far as foods? It is strange how it works

Sometimes I have problem with chicken or meat. I also have had problems with lettuce as well. I have found that if I have romain I have less problems. I do not eat breads or pasta due to my lap band.
