March Exercise Challenge Week 3
Hi all. Well I had a really good week exercise wise. I just wi**** was an equally good week eating, although it was not bad. So I did a total of 335 minutes last week!! which means that there is a good chance I will make my goal for two months straight!

I had a great week last week. The spring weather has really motivated me. I've been going to the gym more, and I walked to work twice (and still took my lunchtime walk on those days too). I wasn't my best at the eating yesterday, but the rest of the week was near-perfect, and I feel like I'm right back on track today. So anyway, I've already surpassed my goal for the month - I got in 525 minutes last week, for a total of 1150 minutes so far!

I'm back from my cruise and I'm very happy to say I did very well. I kept saying to myself ..It's not about the food!! I worked out 300 minutes on that ship!! So the week before I had 310 minutes -300 for last week bringing my total to 910. I was able to have a taste of whatever I wanted and did not over do it. I also Zip lined in Barbados - Kyaked in St. Lucia and rode a 3 wheeled fun buggie in St. Maarten - all things I would never have experienced if it weren't for RNY and all the love and support of people like you. I appreciate everyone of you xxxooo
