I did it!!!

Hi everyone.  It seems like forever since I have posted here on OH, but I do come and read threads and sometimes post.

I have met yet another goal of mine.  I am now a certified Jazzercise Instructor!  The workshop was last Thurs-Sat.  I learned SO much and am excited to get on stage and teach classes.  I'm starting off slowly and teaching 2 routines today (my instructor has put in 2 songs from my workshop...)

So, anyway.  That's my update.  I feel healthy and motivated!  Hope you are all doing well!

Wow Lisa, what a goal to achieve.  You are incredible.  Athough I did not have any doubt in my mind that you would not reach your goal.  Have fun, and go out there and make other people healthy!!!
