i had kind of a rough day food wise yeaterday so i think i need to plan so i can see what i need to do in black and white..


here goes

b-eas lite shake
s-cheese stick
l-tuna with 4 wheat thins
s- greek yougert
d- not sure.... maybe an omlet? sounds yummy

sip sip sip..

for some reason i was soooo hungry at dinner last night i ate too much of the right stuff i have to stop that and eat just enough today
