March Exercise Challenge Week 1
I know, a day late and a dollar short....story of my life!! :-) I did really well last wee****il I came down with my cold, and did not feel like doing much of anything. But from Sunday to Thursday, I did some kind of exercise every day. So I have a great start on my goal with 205 minutes. This week is a bit of a challenge, but the weather is nice, so I think I am going to start back walking the Commons at lunch. How did everyone else do last week?

Ok girls..I have never done this but my plastics are at the end of the month and I NEED to start training for my Avon Walk. I am going to try to do

Just think of the calories..LOL. This is between bootcamp (60 a day) and walking til I reach 20 miles in one day.
I am being LAZY because I have not started yet. This will get me motivated..want to see how many I can get in before March 25th!~

I had a good week last week too - 260 minutes. This week has started out even better. With the nice weather, I walked to and from work yesterday. I haven't done that since last Fall. Boy, did I miss it.

well it seems that my struggle to get to the gym continues... i have a really hard time getting up at 4:30 am to go before work and after work seems like life has been getting in the way so.... i guess i have no excuses and i have to pick up the pace! my week was 165 a far cry from the 250 a week i need to make my goal but i will see what i can do
