March Exercise Challenge Week 1

I know, a day late and a dollar short....story of my life!! :-)  I did really well last wee****il I came down with my cold, and did not feel like doing much of anything.  But from Sunday to Thursday, I did some kind of exercise every day.  So I have a great start on my goal with 205 minutes.  This week is a bit of a challenge, but the weather is nice, so I think I am going to start back walking the Commons at lunch.  How did everyone else do last week?

Looks like I am pretty much on track I got in 350 minutes last week.

Ok girls..I have never done this but my plastics are at the end of the month and I NEED to start training for my Avon Walk.   I am going to try to do

800 minutes a week

yes..I know..I will be working up to

1200 minutes before May.

Just think of the calories..LOL.  This is between bootcamp (60 a day) and walking til I reach 20 miles in one day.  

I am being LAZY because I have not started yet.  This will get me motivated..want to see how many I can get in before March 25th!~

I had a good week last week too - 260 minutes.  This week has started out even better.  With the nice weather, I walked to and from work yesterday.  I haven't done that since last Fall.  Boy, did I miss it.

Martha, I hope you're feeling better.  Spring colds are the worst!  (I know it's not Spring yet, but it feels like it right now - yay!)

well it seems that my struggle to get to the gym continues... i have a really hard time getting up at 4:30 am to go before work and after work seems like life has been getting in the way so.... i guess i have no excuses and i have to pick up the pace! my week was 165 a far cry from the 250 a week i need to make my goal but i will see what i can do

I did ok last week - 300 minutes. I am so happy that the weather has given us an early taste of spring. It just feels so good to be outside.
Sunday I leave for my cruise!!!!

Oooh - a cruise sounds so nice.  Where are you going?  My family and I are going to Playa del Carmen in April - less than a month away, and it can't come soon enough!  Have a great time, Rosemary!

We were travelling last week so I didn't do as well as I'd like.  I did use the hotel exercise room, but my total was 280.  Actually, I danced all night at a wedding - make that 460.  I forget all the other exercise counts too

Hello all.....I enjoyed a great week (for me) @ 315.  Feels very good to moving a little bit more.  Keep up the good work everyone  :)
