I haven't been tracking my exercise. Actually I really didn't exercise at all on vacation last week.
Yesterday I practiced learning my Jazzercise routines for 4 hours (2 hours at a time.) I'll be practicing all week long so I can get all 10 routines done. Only 3 to go, but I need to perfect them for my audition.
So, I'm not going to post a goal, but I will be exercising.
