February Exercise Challenge Week 4
Hi all, and Happy March. How did you do the last week of February? I did not do too badly. Went to the gym 2 times, worked out at home 1 time, and skied Saturday. So all in all I got in about 260 minutes. This brought my total to 865. Oh my goodnes....I broke my goal!!!!
