FOOD!!
Ok, so I had ground beef with a little cheese mixed in and tomato sauce on it. Tasted SO good! Ate about 2ozs, took me 30 minutes. Felt fine going down and now, 1/2 hour later still feel good. So I guess it's all good. Sure tasted good! How bout you Dave? How did you make out with your first "real" dinner? Cindy
dinner went well for me!
i had meatloaf with gravy a few bites of mashed potato and a few bites of corn and it all went down well also i had one small bite of toast to see how bread was and it all went down and stayed down...
as far as getting stuff getting stuck it has been different stuff from egg beaters to chili and it does not just run its course on me if i am stuck it will only come out the way it went in...
hope it all goes well today... keep me informed

Wow! That sounds awesome! You must be so happy! I am very glad to be at stage 4. Today is my first day back at work. I of course wish I had lost more by now, but I also feel that now that I am eating a little and back at work things will start picking up. I feel really really good though and am already off my BP medications and thats really what its all about. Have a great day. Cindy
Hi Dave,
I'm six yrs out but remember those early days...you might want to get a bottle of papaya ensymes...they work wonders on stuck food. I get mine at Walmart and I think they are 3 or 4 bucks for a good size bottle. They are chewable and they break up what ever is stuck in a short amount of time I hate to upchuck so ...I take mine with me all the time, even 6yrs out I still sometimes have issues so I keep them in my purse, next to my bed (great for acid reflux too) and even in my locker at work....
sometimes even when you chew chew chew, it just doesn't sit right and you need something to help it go down....they are safe and so much better than the meat tenderizer they use to tell us to put in water to do the same thing....just thought I would pass this along....good luck on your journey...Laurie
