February Exercise Challenge Week 3
Wow, the third week of February all ready. Spring is just around the corner!!! I actually did really well last week. Monday, I went skiing, Tuesday the gym, as well as Wednesday, and Thursday dodgeball. So all totalled, I did 260 minutes. Wow, I might just meet my goal this month!!

I did 135 minutes last week. It's not that great, but I have exercised for the last 3 days in a row, and next week's report will include yesterday and today, so I'm off to a much better start this week. I'm going to push to make the meager goal that I set for myself this month.

well my week was not as good as i had hoped it was very hard to try to get to the gym i was very tired after work being it was my first week back (and i went back full time) i made it to the gym 2 times and i did some walking 2 other times so i managed a total of 135 min bringing me up to 360 for the month. i should be able to make my goal and next month it is time to turn up the wick and get back to my big numbers..

Dave you are doing fantastic!! Going back to work was very draining. Every week you'll feel stronger. Keep up the great work.
I hurt myself working out with my trainer :( It was either my lower back or my right hip. So he told me to do nothing for 3 days and then to take it easy. That was tough. I was so worried that I'd slip into couch potato mode. My total for last week was 210 minutes. So far this month I have 755.
I know I won't make my goal but I'm happy to say I am feeling better. The rest did help and today I was able to run 3.5 miles and I felt good.
