Wednesday's Plan

So ate really well yesterday.  It is working to only bring in that which I will eat for the day. By evening, I only eat dinner, and maybe a pudding after, but I think I am finally on track again, and listening to my band!!

Breakfast:  Chobani yogurt and a small banana

Snack:  Cheese stick (2) and 6 bagel crisps

Lunch:  Spaghetti and meatballs in sauce with a little parmesan cheese

Snack:  Cottage cheese with pineapple

Dinner:  Tilapia with garlic margarine and bread crumbs with beans. 

IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH HELL.....KEEP GOING!!

sounds like you are on track to using your tool better!

here goes my plan for today..

B-shake (vanilla made with 1/2 milk and 1/2 orange crystal light )
s-none
l- 3 oz of ground beef with gravy
s-not sure yet is i will need one
d- i think i will have 1 link of chicken broc. sausage with gravy and a little bit of cattage cheese

i hope everyone has a great day!

and i hope i go another day with nothing getting stuck! ( i'm at 2 in a row after 3 days in a row of getting stuck)
