February Exercise Challenge Week 2
Sorry everyone....Monday was a holiday, and then yesterday had so many fires to put out it was not funny!!�
So here we go, week 2 how did everyone do?� I am gradually getting�back to the gym slowly.� I have also dusted off the treadmill.� I wish that I had an area that I could walk in the afternoon again, but probably not until spring.� But anyway, I did 195 minutes last week, and hope to beat that this week.�

I had a terrible week last week. I only got in 120 minutes, and my motivation hasn't been any better this week. Aaaaaargh! I'm going to make myself do something today, probably a walk at lunch. I am struggling so much with food and now exercise too! I know what I have to do. Why can't I do it???????
