February Exercise Challenge Week 2

Sorry everyone....Monday was a holiday, and then yesterday had so many fires to put out it was not funny!!�

So here we go, week 2 how did everyone do?� I am gradually getting�back to the gym slowly.� I have also dusted off the treadmill.� I wish that I had an area that I could walk in the afternoon again, but probably not until spring.� But anyway, I did 195 minutes last week, and hope to beat that this week.�

Well I had a good week last week with 550 minutes, hopefully this week will be as good. Now if I could stay from the table I would have much better overall results.  By the way Bamma, how was the skiing?

Skiing was awesome Dave.  We had the best day and the best time.  Completely wore Amanda and Cameron out!!!  I was very proud of Amanda putting her fears aside and trying it.  She did really good.

hey bamma..

i had an ok week last week i have 165 min bringing me up to 225.. i'm not sure if i am going to make my goal this month.... i am back to work and i am just tired after a full day of work sooo i have to see if i can get back to the gym and get those min. in !

I had a terrible week last week.  I only got in 120 minutes, and my motivation hasn't been any better this week.  Aaaaaargh!  I'm going to make myself do something today, probably a walk at lunch.  I am struggling so much with food and now exercise too!  I know what I have to do.  Why can't I do it???????

I have found my perfect alone time - at the gym!  Headphones on, no cell phone, no one calling for Mommy - I love it - I think I'm addicted!.  450min for me.

I had a better week - 335 minutes for a total of 545. I know what you mean about the alone time :)
I had a terrible food weekend - I ate all the wrong things. What is it about the weekends?? I am right on durring the week - no problems but Sat and Sunday well I'm terrible.

Sorry for a late reply but my computer had a lovely virus.  I did pretty good with 260 minutes at the gym.  Foos choices were OK too.  Just very SLOW weight loss.

I am right with you on that Rosemary.  I am so good at work during the week, and then so awful during the weekends.  No structure at all.  Sometimes I do really well, and others, well, those are the do over weekends!
