TGIF Friday's plan!

Oh Boy, did my plan ever get derailed yesterday.  First I forgot to make my shake, and by the time I remembered, well I was out the door, so I grabbed a greek yogurt and had that.  Not exactly enough, but I had some almonds mid day.  Then I did not leave myself enough time between work and errands and dodgeball to eat dinner, but I had a premade shake in my truck and still had the cheese from one of my snacks, so that was dinner!!!!  I plan on doing much better today.

Breakfast:  I WILL remember to make my shake today!

Snack:  Greek yogurt

Lunch:  small salad and cheese and turkey roll ups

Snack:  Protein bar

Dinner:  Again, not quite sure, but I know it will not be a shake and cheese!

Martha,

More often then not when I don't eat well, its for reasons you listed above...BUSY, BUSY, BUSY...forget!  I work on the road too, which really makes it tough.  I tend to eat lunch when I'm driving to my next destination...so a salad and such can be tough.  Sometimes i try and plan my day to be somewhere at lunch where i know i can sit, heat something up and eat the right way...but doesn't always work as planned.  Well, i guess being aware of our challenges makes us more likely to find solutions to them  :o)

B-  Cherrios and blueberries
S-  Chobani Yogurt
L-  Not sure, eating out...will be a good choice though
S-  Apple and peanut butter
D-  We are going out for dinner with friends...they picked Mexican...i know i will have a drink, and who knows what for dinner...we'll see

This weekend could be trouble...Scott and I have the entire weekend off, and the kids are away too...a needed break...but i'm sure it will involve some wine, and a few meals out!  But i deserve it...everything in moderation...thats the key!

Have a great weekend everyone!  :o)
