Thursdays Plan
Ahhh...the week is nearing its end...I'm excited as i'm off for the entire weekend and the kids are gone for the weekend! Wow...I can't remember when the last time that happened. I'm so looking forward to it.
Plan for today:
B- 2 slices toast (its not too bad, 10 grams of protein, high fiber bread) and a plum
S- Chobani Yogurt
L- Soup and a cheese stick
S- Protein Bar
D- Chicken and veggies
S- Apple and peanut butter

I know how you feel Kris....I live for the weekends!! This weekend it is fun times with family and great friends, and then Monday my best friend and I are taking my grandson skiing for the very first time, with nervous mom watching!!!
Anyway, Went off my plan a little last night and had filet mignon and twiced baked potatoes for dinner....Hubby's birthday today, and I have dodgeball, so we celebrated last night. Oh ya, and a little bit of ice cream cake. I am sure that I will regret that later, but it tasted ooooohhhh sssooooo ggooooodddddd!!
Breakfast: Shake with Peanut butter
Snack: cheese and crackers
Lunch: Left over filet and veggies (I know...tough lunch!)
Snack: greek yogurt
Dinner: good ol' Wendy's chili!
Anyway, Went off my plan a little last night and had filet mignon and twiced baked potatoes for dinner....Hubby's birthday today, and I have dodgeball, so we celebrated last night. So far today, things are going well. Except that I had a chocolate heart from the office candy basket. My plan for today is:
B - Shake
S - hubby's homemade beef jerky
L - chicken soup with dumplings (whole wheat)
S - yogurt with blueberries
D - turkey with asparagus
I had my chocolate now, so I can't have any tonight. Shucks, that's when I really look forward to it. Oh well.
My daughter's birthday is today. Tomorrow, we are going out for dinner. I am trying to finish an afghan for her that I've been knitting, so no walk at lunch. It's going to be right down to the wire getting it finished.
