Wed Plan
Good Morning,
Well...i didn't get on here yesterday, didn't plan, didn't read...wasn't in the right mindset and didn't have a great day. Not a horrible day, and it is what it is...but i really see the difference when i start my day reading and posting here. It holds me accountable, and gets me thinking right. So here i am! :o)
B- Cheerios with blueberries and milk
S- Chobani Yogurt
L- Not sure yet...will stop and get something as I have NOTHING here...a grilled chicken salad maybe?
S- Apple and a cheesestick
D- Going grocery shopping later...so not sure about that either!

Hi Kris, Well yesterday was really weird for me. I followed my plan to the T, but got really shaky at the gym last night, and then could not eat dinner because I got stuck...really stuck on my second bite of chicken!!! I am putting everything in daily plate today to see where I am on protein.
But today is another day.
Breakfast: Shake with peanut butter
Snack: 1 serving of ritz baked crackers and 2 cheese sticks
Lunch: left over meat sauce from spaghetti the other night
Snack: Chobani yogurt
dinner: Once again, not really sure. Don't have much in the fridge so I have to go shopping! Yuck!
But today is another day.

god i am sooooo glad i can cut doun to one shake a day i just cant stand the sweet taste any more..

cindy.. i am doing well i feel good most of the time! i am proably going to go back to work next week(i am sooooo done with daytime tv!!) i have been going to the gym every day (started at 30 min and i am up to 45) now that i can start eating some "real" food i think i will start feeling more normal!
as for dad he just finished jeff's class last night and he is well under his pre-op weight so now he just has to wait for his ins. company (he has to do the 6mos of supervised diet) so he is looking good for like july i think...
how are you doing ?getting nervious yet? you will do fine!

Good for him! It will be nice for him to have you to kind of guide him. I'm not really nervous yet, or maybe I should say I'm not really nervous right this minute! LOL I do have my moments, but for the most part just want get it done. I just hope hope hope it all goes well and I have no problems!! So, ok, maybe I am a little nervous....THIS minute....lol I want to try to make it to the meeting on the 22nd. We will see..... Glad to hear you are doing well! Make room for me on the losers bench cuz by this time next week I will be there!! Cindy
