Good Morning!

This weekend was a good one...Super Bowl and no bad eating :o)  No exercise though!  Well...work in progress!

Eating plan for the day

B-  Honey Nut Cheerios and blueberries/milk (not a great protein choice but mmmm so good!)
S-  Chobani Yogurt
L-  Soup or Chili...not sure yet
S-  Protein Bar
D-  Fish and veggies
S-  Apple with peanut butter (my all time favorite snack!)

Oh Kris...I love apples and peanut butter too!!!

So I also had a great weekend, good eating, great times....now back to reality.  I got a fill on Thursday, and have found that I cannot eat anywhere near as much as I could before.  That is a very good thing!!!

So today:

Breakfast:  Chobani yogurt

Snack:  2 cheese sticks and a serving of bagel crisps

Lunch:  left over chicken and veggies

Snack:  pudding and maybe a protein bar

Dinner:  not sure.  I have my meeting tonight, so Gary is cooking.

My plan is:

B: protein shake and decaf tea
L: chicken w/ baked beans
S: protein bar
D: turkey meatloaf and asparagus


Crystal lite decaf iced tea

Snacks if needed: popsicles and grapes

No gym today :(    have an appt in Boston with my NUT.  If any one has any questions you'd like me to ask, forward them to me.
