Thursday's Plan
Well, I think my plan is going to be realtively easy today. I have an appointment with Dr. Gens, and even though I have been losing, I am still really hungry and eating way too much, way too fast. So I guess it is fill time!!
So breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner will be shake, shake, shake, maybe pudding in the middle, maybe a yogurt too, and shake!!
