Breakfast
OK so here is the situation. I can't have protein powder. I don't have enough time to make anything in the morning so it has to be something i can grab and go. I am looking for recipes that I can make something with either no flour or LOW carb, LOW or no sugar but no fake sugar and HIGH in protein that I can have for breakfast. I currently eat 2 teaspoons of peanut butter off a spoon and that really isn't what the nutritionist wants me doing so I am putting it out there for anyone who has any good ideas. Remember Low or No Sugar, No flour or low carb, no fake sugars, no protein powders and it needs to be fast. I am looking for something like a muffin or cookie or something I can bake ahead of time and be able to just grab and go. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

You can also get individual small pans (either metal or plastic) and fill them with egg, ham, cheese, any veggies, basically anything you want, freeze and then reheat and go. Also have you tried to find a gluten free protein shake. I know that I have found them at the health food store or herbal path.
