Wednesday's Plan

Well, so far since my last official weigh in, according to my scale, I have lost 2.6 pounds!!!  I still have quite a way to go, but I definately feel more in control.

So here is my plan for today.

Breakfast:  Same old shake with 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Snack:  Cheese and crackers

Lunch:  left over steak and sweet potato

Snack:  greek yogurt

Dinner:  well same as usual.  Not sure, I am going to the gym, so Gary is cooking!

I started out having a great day yesterday, but when I got home, Jim had heated up leftover fried seafood platter, which, of course, I ate!  Then he made popcorn.  His popcorn is popped oil and then buttered.  Ate that too!  I still managed to stay under 2,000 calories for the day, but it certainly didn't follow any plan.  Well, today is a new day.  Hopefully, I can be better.

B-Shake
S-yogurt with blueberries, flax seed and kashi cereal
L-last of the leftover meatloaf, 1/2 baked potato and green beans
D-pork chop and I don't know what sides

I want to stay in and knit at lunch, but I will probably walk.  It looks kind of nice outside.
