Tuesdays plan
Good Morning all,
I was just thinking I need a support group. I know there is a new one in Nashua...I'm in Hudson so its close. Do any of you attend that one? I'm going to try and go this month. If anyone has the date/time/location info for me that would be great.
I've been doing OK with my eating..not great...but OK. Planning, or the lack there of I should say is my downfall. Today i was up early, and made myself a nice lunch. I have a late meeting too, so i've packed extra. I need to try and be better about my water too...thats important!
Tuesdays Plan-
B- Oatmeal (made w/milk 1% for added protein)
S- Chobani yogurt
L- Salad w/left over steak
S- Apple and a cheese stick
D- Will be at work till 7 or so :o( But i've packed a protein bar to eat on the way home or during the late meeting if i need it.

It is so hard to plan when you are busy, but you are doing a great job!!!
So my plan for the day:
Breakfast: Shake with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
snack: cheese and bagel chips (ONE SERVING!!!)
Lunch: left over chicken in fat free gravy and veggies
Snack: either a protein bar or greek yogurt
Dinner: Hum....not really sure at this point!
Hanging in there. I have lost some weight, but really not fast enough. I have learned though in the last two weeks is that I definitely need a fill!!
The Nashua support group is good. I went last Tuesday and enjoyed myself. It's a really nice group, and the doctor who runs it is very nice also (Dr. Brown). Anyway, the meetings are the last Tuesday of the month from 7 to 8:30 at the Nashua Senior Center, which is 70 (I think) Temple Street. Hope to see you there!
