Monday's Plan

So I am set and determined to reach my goal I have set.  I did very well over the weekend, even for my birthday.  I shared breakfast with Cameron, and just go small lunches and dinners.  I even had two birthday cupcakes!  I also found a new drink I love.  Orange crystal light, cranberry juice and parrot bay.....yum!!!  I also had a nip of B & B for my birthday. Mmmmmmm


So here is my plan for today:

Breakfast:  Shake with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

Snack:  Kashi granola bar

Lunch:  Wendy's chili

Snack:  either a pre made shake or greek yogurt

Dinner:  not sure yet.  I have a meeting after work, so I will not know until late.

Happy Birthday Martha!

I wasn't "feeling" a plan today, but then my friend at work coerced me into taking a walk with her at lunchtime.  I'm so glad she did - we really hoofed it.  I feel much better now, and I've had a great day at eating so far.

B - Shake
S - Yogurt, Blueberries, Kashi, Flax Seed
L - 1/2 Baked Potato, Canned Green Beans, Meat Loaf
D - I think it will be leftover Ranch-Style Beans

Ain't friends grand????
