Wednesday's Plan

Hi Everyone,

Wow, I made some great choices yesterday.  I am very, very slowly starting to lose what I had gained, so it is all down hill now!! 

So my plan for today:

Breakfast:  Shake with 1/4 cup blueberries

Snack:  Pepperoni sticks (3)

Lunch:  I have left over chicken and veggies

Snack:  Cheese and Kashi crackers....I decided to weigh the cheese I have been bringing, and found out that I have been having 2 servings...so needless to say I only brought half the amount today!

Dinner:  I am making Tortellini in past sauce for dinner with fat free mozzerella cheese....yum!!
IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH HELL.....KEEP GOING!!
