Wii & Me

Okay, so I'm probably way behind the times, but before last night, I had never even been near a Wii or a Wii Fit.  My daughter bought one yesterday, so I went over to her place last night to check it out.  That is a really cool thing!  We bowled, boxed and did all kinds of stuff on the Wii Fit Plus.  I loved it.  So now I can add another activity to my arsenal of exercise for when I want to change things up a bit.  And this morning, I'm a little sore - even though I lift weights and stay quite active all week.  It's amazing how our bodies get used to our workouts, so it's a good thing to change it around once in awhile.  Anyway, just thought I'd share.

my family got a Wii for Christmas and they are great the wii fit is great for tracking you weight and bmi also.. We have a "rule" that all games we buy have to be games you can't play sitting down.
the day after christmas i could not raise my right arm because of bowling with my 9 year old for around 5 hours..it is really good to have more stuff in your excersize bag of tricks.

There is no need to look back unless you plan on going that way!

I love our Wii.  We just got Wii Sports Resort "for our kids" for Christmas and they have a canoe race - it is THE BEST workout for my (sagging) triceps.  My 4yr old loves to do yoga on Wii Fit.
I picked up Wii Active - it lets you design a workout - and I love the workout I get with it.
Enjoy playing!!!
