here goes my plan for wednesday

morning all i hope this morning finds everyone well!

i had a good day yesterday food wise i was VERY hungry so i added a snack of a bowl of wendy's chili at around 2:30 but besides that i was right on plan.. i also got to the gym 2 times yesterday and snowblowed the driveway so i got a lot of activity!
so here is todays plan..

90 min at the gym this morning !

b- shake with skim milk
s-tuna and wheat thins(i really like this!)
l-chicken salad on a bed of lettace
s-dont have one so i hope i am good...
d-i am not sure but there is still some leftover steak so it could be steak and scrambled eggs..

well only one week till the big day!!!!!!! i am going to my pre-op app today then i have an app. with dr. P. on friday... this is getting very real and kinda scary!!!!!! i am sure i will do fine i have just never had surgery before and i am very nervious..

hope everyone finds it very easy to stick to your plans today!
