TGIF...heres the plan

I have a nasty cold...have to go to work though...lots to do today.  Hopefully i will be able to scoot out early though.  I stuck to the plan yesterday with the exception of exercise, i wasn't feeling well...so i skipped it.  Ate well though.

Today's plan

B-  Cereal (special K Vanilla almond...not a good protein choice but i'm in the mood for it!)
S-  Chiobani yogurt
L-  Going to try the new salmon mediteranian salad at panera
S-  Protein bar
D-  Not sure...have to grocery shop...the fridge is empty!

Hi Kris....

Boy what a challenge not to eat out of boredom!!!  Did pretty well yesterday.  It helps that it takes so much effort for me to get up and do anything!!

I am at work for a bit today, so my plan is going to go like this...

Breakfast:  Shake

Snack:  Cheese stick

Lunch:  I brought tuna and crackers, I also have steak and salad here too, so not sure what I am going to have

Snack:  probably will be home so I am going to have a protein bar

Dinner:  Burger and salad (thanks Dave)

I am going to camp this weekend.  Was supposed to go snowmobiling with the guys, but instead I am staying in and reading and watching movies....Not much up there to snack on so I should be okay.
