My plan for Thursday
Morning everyone,
I have had a bit of a busy week...disorganized, and not planning for food! Grrrr...i'm so bad at that lately! I even ate at McDonalds yesterday...yes, i only had a small fry and a grilled wrap no sauce...and i rationalized it with the fact that it is a fraction of what i would have eaten in the past at a fast food place, however, i think its those rationalizations that are going to get me in trouble! So....today i have a plan!
B - cottage cheese and blueberries
S - protein bar
L - salad w/grilled chicken
S - Chiobani yogurt
D - fish and veggies
S - something with protein...still thinking what it will be!
Water...water....water
exercise will be wii biggest loser!

You made a great choice at McDonalds yesterday. Just think of the changes you have made in that area alone....
I had a pretty good day yesterday given that I was home. The big help was there was not much of bad food in the house, but not much of good food. I actually stayed on my plan, except for snacks, but I still made good choices with protein bars.
So my plan for today.
Breakfast: I just had a protein bar, so I will have my shake probably around 10
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: Left over homemade pizza with fat free cheese and turkey pepperoni
Snack: either greek yogurt or another protein bar.
Dinner: UGH don't have much, but I am thinking of making meatloaf, or something with burger.
I am also making sugar free jello and pudding today. Something I can snack on and not feel guilty.
Exercise is still not an option. I cannot put weight on my knee still. But man, walking with a cane is harder than you think!!!!
