here goes a plan for friday
hello all..
yesterday went fairy well for me i stuck to my plan for the most part and went to the gym for a total of 150 min and for my reward i got up this morning with a sore throat... not good so i skipped the gym thi morning and slept the extra 1 1/2 hrs i think it helped if i feel up to it i will go for a while after work.

s-tuna on 8 wheat thins
l-soup
s-don't think i wll need one
d-pork chops and a salad
i really hore i feel better so i can get to the gym(that might make me feel better)
