Well...to be honest i don't have a plan...i am going to have a busy day today...
I have packed a protien bar, some fruit, a yogurt and cottage cheese...i have a lunch meeting, so that will be whatever is there.
Hopefully it will be a good day.
Just want to share something that felt so good. I was in someones office yesterday, and she was talking to a family member about coming in to meet with me. She told her i would be in the lobby, and then she said, "she is strawberry blonde, tall, and thin" Thin???? WOW....i never felt i was "thin" It felt so good...so weird though!
Off to a busy day!
and to me it sounds like you gave a great plan for the day you brought everything you needed to keep your protine up and i am sure you will be ok at your lunch meeting!
ok it's time for me to kick it up another notch! i have to loose a few more lbs before surgery!!!

gym 90 min this morning
b- shake
s-tuna and wheat thins
l-i think i will have some soup
s-a cheese stick if i need it
d-chicken and green beans
i will try to hit the gym on the way home and i will up my water intake today!

Kris, that actually is a wonderful plan. You have everything to keep you from reaching for that quick snack that is not good for you!
So here is my plan:
Breakfast: Shake with 1 teaspoon Peanut butter
Lunch: left over steak and augratin potatoes
Dinner: Probably spaghetti with meat sauce.
Snacks I have greek yogurt, cheese sticks, and apple with peanut butter.
I know I need to get more vegetables in, so I will try, maybe picking up a salad.
I am not going to the gym tonight. Went Tuesday for 60 mins and Wednesday for 50, but my knee is really bad. I need to give it a rest. I also need to balance our shop's accounts since they have not been done for months!!!
I go in for my Synvisc shot on Monday, so that will help my knee tremendously. I have probably put too much stress on it for right now.
