My plan for Wednesday
Hi there,
Well everything sort of went by the books yesterday, although I realized that I am eating when the time says I am supposed to rather than when I am hungry, so that is what I am working on today.
Yesterday, I also checked out our new Planet Fitness in Lee. Although it is smaller than the one in Rochester, it is not as crowded at all. Hopefully this will remain the same. Oh ya, and I did 35 mins of cardio and upper body weights!
So here is today:
Breakfast: Shake with Simply Smart milk and 1 teaspoon peanut butter
Lunch: Tuna with miracle whip light and 8 kashi crackers
Dinner: I am going to be right down by the fish market in Portsmouth today, so I think I am going to pick up some fresh (if I can) swordfish.
Snacks: if I am hungry, I brought an apple, two cheese sticks and a greek yogurt. I hope to go to the gym, so I think I will probably end up eating one, but I am going to ask myself if I am really hungry or if it is just "time" to eat.

i did well with my eating yesterday i followed my plan for the most part .. the one exception is i had a small piece of my sons b-day cake( 1/4 of a 4" single layer cake) so it could have been a lot worse.
today 60 min at the gym this morning
b-shake with skim milk
s-tuna and 8 wheat thins
l-a can of soup and a cheese stick
d-chicken i think with veggies
and i will hit the gym tonight for an hour (if i can find a machine to use)
