Is anyone else like this?
So, I wake up and have coffee. Then it's usually a protein drink during Jazzercise or my at home strength training (usually only drink half on st days.) I do not get hungry until about 1:00. Even then when I eat, I can't eat a lot. Yesterday I had lettuce w/tuna made w/mayo and I barely ate 1/4c tuna. I tried another 2 bites and ended up having to throw it up because I was too stuffed. Later on in the day I had a cheese stick and some Doritos. Then I ate steel cut oats for dinner. It just seems that I can't consume much food during the day. At night I can with no problem. As a matter of fact, I think I "snack" too much at night (because I can.) Last night I ate chips, sesame sticks, provolone cheese....I wasn't hungry. I really wish I could do breakfast, lunch & dinner with a couple of snacks, but my body doesn't want to do that. GAH! What a PITA!

Hi Lisa,
I'm kind of like that too. I start my day with coffee and a protein shake on the car ride to work. Then if I remember I eat my snack - 1/4c kashi go lean, 10 almonds and a few raisins. I usually go to the gym on lunch then when I get back to the office I eat my lunch around 2 ish. I have some chicken breast and a few crackers or a cup of turkey chili. Most of the time I forget to eat my fruit. When I get home that's when I feel the most hungry. Or I should say it's when I THINK I'm hungry. I'm still battling the boredom factor.
I also found out that I can snack all day if I allow myself. I did ok at Christmas but New Years weekend I was ridiculous. I'm happy to say that I'm back on track but it was scary how much food I could put away.
