I have a busy day today...not looking forward to it, busy days always sabotage my plan, despite good intentions!  Yesterday was busy too...unexpectedly busy, I got home late, so instead of shrimp tacos we had a Rotisserie chicken and salad...quick and easy and still a good choice, so i was happy with my running late for dinner intervention..they are not always so good.

Pre-B- Protein shake
B-Greek Yogurt with LF granola
S-Granola Bar and Nectarine
L-Lean Cuisine of some sort
S-Cottage Cheese/Blueberries
D-Salmon w/stir fried veggies, i think it will be some summer squash and zucchini
S-Sugar Free Pop...they have been helping me at night with some cravings!

Exercise will be rollerskating with my 5 year old for a girl scout event...this should prove to be interesting...the effort it takes to stand up straight will help the core right?  lol

Oh...and water...water...water...that i did bad at yesterday!

Have a great day everyone!

glad to see your plan went well even with the last min. changes good for you!!
well i did'nt make very good choices for dinner i did very well all day and went to the gym a total of 120 min but when it came time for dinner i thaught i would have one of the foods on my"last time for this food" list well the large steak bomb was a VERY bad choice!!!! i felt like throwing up after i ate.. i guess that will teach me to eat like a pig.. i think i will throw that list away..

so for today
70 min at the gym this morning
b-shake with skim milk
s-tuna and wheat thins
l-shtedded turkey with gravy
s-cheese stick if i need it
d-not sure (sure it wont be a steak bomb)
and i will hit the gym for another 60 tonight!

here is to another day and putting yesterdays mistakes behind us

There is no need to look back unless you plan on going that way!

Hi Dave

Isn't it amazing how our bodies get used to eating right, and reject foods that are less than healthy.  Remember...you can do the "last supper" thing, just in moderation!!!

Hi Kris,

Wow, what great choices yesterday!  You should be proud, and give yourself a pat on the back!!

My plan went pretty good yesterday all in all.  Had a few things not on my plan, but did not fuss over it too much.  We ended up having chicken and sweet potato baked fries last night for dinner...yummm

So today here is my plan

Breakfast:  Protein shake with simply smart milk and a teaspoon of Peanut butter.

Snack:  Oh Yeah bar

Lunch:  5 meatballs in sauce with shredded Parmesan cheese

Snack:  apple and peanut butter

Dinner:  Not sure - Gray is cooking, but he always does good.

So the big thing is no ice cream in the house again.  We have switched to fat free/sugar free pudding.  Hubby thought that eating 1000 calories before he went to bed was bad.  Good for me, because ice cream is such a temptation for me!

I am going to check out the new Planet Fitness in Lee tonight.  Last night I shoveled and hauled ash for over a half an hour.  I brought up 4 large cans of ash from the basement to the bin outside so it is right there to spread if we need it.  I know it was not conventional exercise, but boy, I was breathing hard after doing that!!
