Exercise Challenge Last week of 2009

Well this is the last exercise challenge of 2009.  How did everyone do?

Me, well, I did get to the gym once, and worked out twice at home for a total of 185 mins.  I also rode over 300 miles in 2 days on my snowmobile.  I have to say, I have found muscles I had forgotten I had!!!

So I am going to say a total of 250 mins, even though it is very hard to calculate snowmobile riding!!

bamma i think you under estimate the riding time!! i know i can hardley move when i'm done..
well i had a very good week.. i am trying very hard to get my cardio vascular system in better shape befor surgery to help me come through it better. so my week was 700 min and that gives me a total of 2209 for the month... its hard for me to think about the fact the first week i was in this challange i could barley do 45 min 4 times a week now i am doing an average 60+ min 7 days a week WOW i feel soooo much better and i know it will help my recovery! i hope every one is recharged for the new year and gets back into the challange!

Well I had my surgey on weds. the 30th as you all know..but I did make it to the gym a couple of times before that date and did my treadmill at home as well so my total for the 3 days were 145minutes not quite my goal but I should have thought of my surgery date when setting it!
I am still very happy with my monthly activity..

you are all dooing great it's just that i feel i need to do this right now... it can make all the differance in how i recover from this..

I'm a little behind in posting...I ended 2009 with a total of 1165 minutes for the month!
