Plan #1 for 2010

Good Morning,

As was in my plan for the new year, i'm posting for accountability here this morning!  Back to work after a long weekend...feels like i was off for a week...but back to the grind i go today!  I won't be able to make it to the gym today as I have to grocery shop after work and then do dinner....blah blah blah.  But we did get the Biggest Loser for the Wii for xmas and i haven't tried it yet, so i will tonight.  As far as eating goes...here it goes

B- Shake
S- Greek Yogurt w/LF granola
L-  Not sure yet... i have a meeting at lunch, and my boss is bringing in lunch...hopefully its some good options, she usually does pick something healthy.  But since i'm grocery shopping today, its good, because i didn't have anything to bring.
S-  Latte w/skim milk
D-  I'm making shrimp tacos...a new recipe i saw...grilled shrimp...low carb tortillas, with lettuce tomatoes, and a chipolte low fat sour cream.  Can't wait to try them.  Super easy and quick...and they sound good too!

here we go its a new year full of hope and excitement!
here is my plan for today

gym for 60 min this morning

b-shake mand with skim milk
s-tuna with 8 wheat thins
l-shredded turkey with gravy
s-cheese stick if i need it
d- i think i am on my own for dinner so it might just be some wendys chili

i have a dr. app with my pcp to day to track my progress for the first time ever i am excited to step on the scale at the dr. being down 30+ lb from oct 1 when i saw her last.

after the dr i will hit the gym for another 60 min or so(at least)

Okay, first real plan for 2010

Breakfast:  Shake with simply smart ff milk

snack:  greek yogurt with Pineapple

Lunch tuna and kashi crackers

snack:  apple and peanut butter

dinner:  Not sure yet, need to figure out what I have.

We went snowmobiling this weekend, and other than drinking probably a bit too much, I did really well.  shared breakfast with Cameron, and we made dinners.  I brought premixed shakes, salt free nuts, oh yeah bars and clementines (which I found out I can't eat).  Was very disappointed when I got on the scale and had only lost .8, but remembered that I really did not drink much water this weekend.  So that is my goal today, is drink, drink, drink! (water that is)
