Good Job Dave

So here is my plan for today and also the weekend.

for today:

Breakfast:  Shake with one tablespoon peanut butter

Snack:  Cheese and crackers

Lunch 1/2 club sandwich from yesterday

Snack: Apple and peanut butter

Dinner:  Probably going to be bad and get calzones or pizza for tonight as we are packing and loading for our trip north this weekend.

okay this weekend. We are going north snowmobiling, and if anyone else has done that, you basically ride to go and eat and then ride somemore, and eat.  So here is my plan for the weekend.

I have premixed muscle milk light shakes, so I am having one of those and maybe half a muffin for breakfast.  We will ride for a while in the morning, and then stop around 9 or 10 for "breakfast".  I have already talked with my daughter and friend, and I am going to share a breakfast with her and my grandson.  Lunch will be on the trail, and I have packed cheese sticks, clementines, nuts, and protein bars.  Dinner, we are making in crock pots, meatball subs Friday night, and Chicken Stew Saturday night.  I will probably bring some wine or other alcohol up to drink, but I usually don't drink much, because we only have something at night when we are all done riding.

I have really thought carefully about this, because we ride as much as we can, and I have to have a plan, so I don't end up eating whatever is available.  Also it will save a lot of money in the long run.

IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH HELL.....KEEP GOING!!
