todays plan
well my week has been going well eating right drinking a lot of water going to the gym!!!! i am almost back to my pre christmas weight (i know i should have never gained) but that is water under the bridge! so plan plan plan the only way to keep on track!
so here it is
70min at the gym this morning..
b-shake with skim milk
s-tuna on wheat thins
l-i have some kind of healthy choice soup (its cold need to warm the bones)
s-lo fat cheese stick
d- not sure i think chicken or something (my wife is really getting into the swing of cooking healthy for me)
and i'm going to try to get to the gym for another hour or so... i am really hitting the gym hard due to the fact that my date is at the end of jan. and everything i read says that the more cardio you do before hand the chances getting clots in surgery is lowered..

Good for you Dave!! You must be SO excited!! I see Nancy again Monday. Have to see where my weight is, I'm hoping I will be able to start my pre-op appts after I see her. I would LOVE to have surgery in Jan., but I think it won't happen, even if I am at weight Monday. Good luck to you! Let everyone know how you make out!!
