So it is probably a good thing there are five weeks in this month....I did a whopping 45 minutes last week. Well, maybe more if you count how many times I went up and down stairs carrying gifts. How about everyone else?

This was a tough week for me alot of traveling and alot of last minute christmas things to be done but I did get in 180 minutes this week and was very good when it came to food! filled up on salads and veggies! I was proud it took alot to not nibble on all the good stuff but I must say I enjoyed the socializing more than the food :)
I got in 150 minutes last week - not great but it's something. My total so far is 890.
I enjoyed the holidays and this year actually ate whatever I wanted. I do not dump on sugar :( It's fat that will get me. I am very happy to say that I was able to get back on track. This was my biggest fear - that I'd get that taste again and not be able to control it. I just woke up and said food I control you you do not control me. Needless to say I feel pretty good right now - not over confident but in control. I have learned so much on my journey and I keep learning.
Martha - I just want to say that you are our leader and you are a damn good one!! You motivate me and inspire me everyday. Thank you for being my friend. xxxooo

Thanks Rosemary. I am very honored to be your friend....You are a great inspiration to me and to others. Funny, I don't think of myself as a leader. But you did make me smile and feel very good about myself. I just wish I could be more of a leader in the losing category!!! Still a little bit of a struggle there.
