Back on my plan; back in control
Well, I got on the scale today.....did not like what I saw. I guess I was a bit out of control last week, or more like just the last four days. No not a bit....a lot. I did not drink my water, did not eat right at all, and when I did, ate way too much. So back on my plan, and back into control....
Breakfast: Shake with 1 tbls peanut butter and simply smart milk
Snack: Alpine Lace low fat, low salt cheese and kashi crackers
lunch: Meat balls in spaghetti sauce 1/2 orange
Snack: Apple and peanut butter
Dinner: Not sure, but I know my portion is going to be a lot smaller!
Oh yes, meeting tonight at PRH. Who will be there?

s-tuna and wheat thins
l-a grilled chix salad
s-cheese stick if i need it
d-not sure (bamma wanna make a dinner date i am thinking chili from wendys?)
i WILL GET BACK IN CONTROL THIS WEEK!!!
