My Plan for Tuesday
Well yesterday did not go well....I think what started me off was realizing that my hubby had used all the milk, and I was not aware, so I could not have my shake. So it was all downhill from there. But today is a new day.....with a plan!!!
Breakfast: Shake (I stopped at the store and got milk, then told my hubby to leave me 8 ounces next time )
Snack: Greek yogurt and a banana
Lunch: Beef Stew
Snack: Not sure, but I have protein chips at work.
Dinner: spaghetti with meatballs
So that is my plan for the day. Today is going to be a better day. I am going to the gym tonight!! Bag is already packed and in the truck.

i did not make it to the gym this morning but i WILL go tonight!

s-tuna and 8 wheat thins
l-grilled chicken salad from wendys(no dressing or croutons)
s-cheese stick if i need it
d-tacos and refrieds
