New Plan for Thursday

Hi everyone,

Well I decided to mix it up today.  I don't think I have been getting enough protein, so I decided to change things to add a bit more.

Breakfast:  Shake with a little bit of peanut butter (ya, me and my peanut butter)

Snack:  If I need one - greek yogurt with cherries

Lunch:  left over chicken 1/2 baked potato and green beans

Snack:  apple and yup you guessed it Peanut butter (at least it is low fat)

Dinner:  well I think I am on my own, so I probably am going to have a kashi dinner. 

Drink Drink and Drink some more

I WILL get on the treadmill tonight.!!!

martha i think that your changes will help alot!

i just met with nancy and weighed in... yahoooo down 25lb. well below my pre-op weight loss!!!!!
i think this planning has been a great help! and thank you all for the help.

so todays plan..

50 min at the gym this morning...

b-shake with simply smart skim milk(thanks bamma it is goooooood)
s-maybe a cheese stick if i need one
l-tuna with wheat thins
s-proably nothing
d-not sure might be going out so we will have to see...

Okay, so I'm following my plan, but adding extra stuff  - aaaaaaaaaargh!

I was feeling bad about grazing on cookies and candy yesterday, so at 10:30 last night, I pulled out the medicine ball and did a good workout.  Today has been better so far.

My plan is about the same as every other day:
B - Shake
S - Chiobani yogurt, strawberries and Kashi cereal
L - leftover spaghetti & meat sauce with a little pickle relish
D - Steak, asparagus and a couple of frozen french fries (baked in the oven, not fried in oil)
S - maybe 1 small cookie or my chocolate square
water, water, water

It's even colder today than yesterday, so I think I'll skip the walk.  Going Christmas shopping with my Mom tonight, so I'm not sure I'll get any exercise in.  We'll see.
