Wednesday's Plan
Hi all,
I have been doing so well with maintaining my plan. I might have changed a few meals, but for the most part, what I have been eating is right on target. I have also resisted the daily weigh in, because that has been detrimental to me in the past.
So my plan for the day:
Breakfast: Greek yogurt with Peanut butter granola
Snack: Kashi crackers
Lunch: Left over spaghetti
Snack: apple with low fat peanut butter (ya the real thing!)
Dinner: Chicken marinated in parmesan peppercorn and caesar dressing, green beans and baked potato.
I will also have either a weigh****cher chocolate ice cream bar or sugar free italian ice.
Drink Drink Drink.....I have also conceded that I will probably not get to the gym much this week, but I am going to try my best to get on the treadmill at home.
You are doing great sticking to your plan! Great WI the other day too! I bet you end up losing during the holiday season rather than gaining like SO many others.
I have been so so lately. Fine with the exercise, but I feel like I'm eating too many "bad" things. I feel as if I am starting to obsess (in my head) about food. I need to stop that. It only makes me anxious. I'll WI tomorrow and see what happens.

I know how it is to be eating too much of the "bad" stuff. At this time of year, it's almost impossible to resist all of the temptation; just keeping it in check is a major accomplishment, even if we indulge a little. Keep up the exercise, and I think that will help. I'm hoping to maintain and just not gain anymore through the end of the year. If I do that, I'll consider December a huge success!

Breakfast - Shake
Snack - I haven't needed on for the last couple of days. If I do need one today, it will be cottage cheese and toast or yogurt and kashi with strawberries.
Lunch - either leftover spaghetti or leftover chicken caesar salad with pita
Dinner - homemade pea soup and grilled cheese sandwich, I think
Snack - chocolate square maybe with some PB2 and OJ
And as cold as it is today, I'm going for a walk at lunchtime.
as for todays plan..

l- leftover shepards pie
s-..not sure if i will need one
d-i think i am going to have a salad or a sandwich from sub way
