I've Been Approved for Surgery!

Hello Everyone, I've been through a three month struggle with an insurance company that didn't want to pay for a conversion from lapband to an RNY. Short story. Lots of frustrating phone calls. Customer Service Reps who were nasty to my Doctor and I. We had to get our benefits office involved on multiple levels. Finallly, the doctors connected and I fund out about an hour ago. I've been approved. I am so happy and relieved.

It's about time they approved your revision....it is "medically necessary" as was my revision.  I got denied originally then approved the following week.
